Autumn : Nature's Colorful Process of Transformation
Nature as Mystery School on the Labyrinth Path, Lesson #1
Dear Friends on the Path,
For all of you who live in the Northern Hemisphere, I hope that you are taking time each day to enjoy the fantastic color palate in the leaves on tree branches and in the tapestry of the fallen leaves on the ground. Earth is so beautiful as she prepares for her rest during the cold, dark winter months. Everything may seem lifeless, but for Earth to thrive, she never truly dies. She slows down. She shows no evidence that anything is happening, yet life is there if we look for it. Beauty and Magic are everywhere!
What is nature saying to you right now? Walk slowly. Take deep breaths. Check in with how you are feeling. What beauty is present around you for you to enjoy? The beauty is there for everyone. The beauty is also there especially for you. It’s so important to give ourselves the gift of time to enjoy our lives ~ to connect with Nature, ourselves, each other.
Welcome to Nature as Mystery School on the Labyrinth Path!
I’m so glad you are here and are dedicated to walking this path of enchantment with me! Each season is a teacher, as we all are for each other. I am always enchanted to learn new things about my world and myself, and I honor it all. There is so much delight I have known in the process. I am here to hold space for creating a safe community of seekers through engaging with each other with kindness and compassion in the comment threads. Let us honor each other as our companions and teachers on our journey. Let’s be brave and let each other in!
My intention is to offer reflections to explore related to the season in which we find ourselves, along with ideas for walking with and deepening those reflections on the labyrinth path and fun ways to express yourself creatively. This space is for us each to create a deeper relationship between ourselves and all of Nature, and open ourselves to discovering how this process changes us. I welcome you to this process of Alchemy with open arms and big smiles!
